Thursday 31st August – walk **** Around Felixstowe with the lovely Maeva
– Sunny periods.
Went out last night to take some pics of the Blue moon, the second full
moon of the month, it looked amazing coming up over the sea, was lucky
enough to get one on tonight’s ITV’s About Anglia along with another
one taken on todays walk along Felixstowe prom, my first on ITV this month,
also got chosen twice as BBC’s Editors Pick but sadly they were not used
on TV:(
Back to today, we had arranged to have our Granddaughter, the lovely Maeva
for the day so walked around to pick her up just after 9 then as it was
such a lovely day continued down Maidstone Road, past Mc Donalds coming out
on Felixstowe seafront by Mannings amusements. It was the perfect day for a
day by the sea with wispy skies, light airs and a mirror flat sea, just
lovely, surprisingly it was fairly quiet along the prom with a few families
enjoying a beach day with several in the sea. Maeva thought it so wonderful
she promptly dozed off; she is being difficult at night at the moment so
was probably shattered! We did a quick circuit of the pier before turning
up the pram walk for breakfast in the garden as we were absolutely
starving! Then spent the afternoon enjoying Maeva company before she was
picked up by her Dad at 7:)
